Caitlin is an experienced fundraising professional with a background in higher education advancement, project management, and donor development. Before joining CEIR, Caitlin spent seven years at California State University, Chico, where she developed and managed various fundraising efforts, ranging from capital campaigns to crowdfunding initiatives. Caitlin holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public administration.
