Jennifer (Jenny) Lovell is Senior Research Associate and has been with CEIR since 2018. Jenny is skilled in quantitative research design and data analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics. Her research interests focus on using data to find evidence-backed best practices in election administration and building voter confidence.
Jenny began working in the elections sphere at age 19, when she started volunteering as a poll worker with Fairfax City, Virginia. There, she worked up from entry-level Officer of Elections to Deputy Chief, the chief officer of elections for her precinct.
Jenny holds a master’s degree in political science (2020) and a bachelor’s degree in government & international politics (2018). Outside of work, Jenny is an avid gardener, podcast aficionado, and frequenter of dog parks.
